SJS was started with one technician and has grown to eight full time techs, with two more in the office, as backup support for any major outages. Most of our competition only has two or three technicians on staff and have a difficult time keeping them trained so that their certifications are kept current.
We have a customer retention group that reaches out to our clients, with quarterly newsletters and information about upcoming events, to ensure they are happy and informed of changes within our industry.
