That is why we developed our Total Coverage Commitment™ – so you receive premier service, maintenance and support in a cohesive, structured way.

Total Coverage Commitment™ is crafted from the service and solution each client purchases. Here are examples of what TCC might look like based on these systems:

Samsung Telephone Systems:

  • 5-year hardware and software manufacturers warranty.
  • PLUS a 1-year labor and maintenance from SJS Communications.
  • You can request the SJS team to train your team on the phone system up to 2
  • times per year.

In addition, you will have an opportunity to extend the labor and maintenance commitment after the first year.

Hosted Telephone Systems:

  • SJS Communications will design and install the system and train your team to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Telephone and on-site support – which means we will send a technician to troubleshoot your issue (while under contract).
  • Parts and labor warranty on equipment sold aligned with contract span.

Our Total Coverage Commitment

SJS Communications will provide the following on all agreements to ensure you receive the best service:

  • 2 times per year SJS will train your staff on the phone system (upon request).
  • Access to multiple online videos for additional training / support.
  • Access to a service representative familiar with your installation for support and assistance.
  • Onsite support for those difficult issues that cannot be resolved remotely. We ensure you are up and running quickly to minimize the impact to your business.

Commitment You Can Count On

Each client will receive a customized Total Coverage Commitment based on the type of purchase. However, we do focus on benchmarks that ensure SJS Communications is consistently providing the best service. These include:

  • Major Outage Repair Service Response – approximately 4 hours
  • Regular Repair Service Response – within 24 hours
  • Moves, Adds or Changes – 1 to 5 days
  • Discounts on Time & Material Services
  • Labor Coverage for Repairs (not in all Commitments)
  • Guaranteed Service Times Met or You Get Paid
